akunjp does not charge withdrawal fees for most standard withdrawals. However, your financial institution may impose their own transfer fees. Excessive withdrawal requests (more than 3 per day) may be subject to administrative fees.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and must be used in accordance with their stated purpose. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, or using automated betting systems, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potential account closure.
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "25x the bonus amount") and must be completed within the stated validity period. To the fullest extent permitted by law, akunjp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the three months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Any outstanding balance will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to akunjp, provided your account is in good standing and you have met all verification requirements.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and akunjp regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of akunjp.
akunjp shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms & Conditions resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
